Shipping & Returns Policy

At Rusty Cock Beard Care, we strive to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping and return policies below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States only. We do not exclude any U.S. states or territories at this time.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • In some cases, we may ship on weekends if the order is placed in time.

  • Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using USPS and FedEx.

  • Standard shipping is our default method.

  • Other shipping options (such as Priority or Express) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Most orders ship with a flat rate of $5.99.

  • Larger orders may incur additional shipping charges based on weight or quantity. If that occurs, we’ll notify you before shipping.

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • While we have not experienced issues to date, we are not currently responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by carriers. If you encounter an issue, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

6. Return Window

  • Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

7. Items Eligible for Return

  • Grooming products (e.g., oils, balms) may not be returned if opened.

  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Accessories (such as storage cases) can be returned if unused and within the 24-hour return window.

8. Return Requirements

  • Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Items must be in resalable condition with all original packaging.

  • All returns must be approved via email prior to being shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

9. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide return shipping labels.

10. Refunds & Exchanges

  • We offer both refunds and exchanges, depending on item condition and availability.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if possible.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
